Postloop connects community owners with people who enjoy writing and contributing to online communities. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you create an account, list a community, contribute as a writer, purchase credits, request a payout, or otherwise use Postloop.
By creating an account or using Postloop, you agree to these Terms.
Our Legal Notice identifies the business operating Postloop and provides our official contact details. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we collect and use personal information.
1. Who can use Postloop
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Postloop.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account information reasonably up to date.
Each person may operate only one Postloop account unless we have given permission otherwise. The same account may be used both to contribute as a writer and to manage your own communities.
Your account is personal to you. You may not sell it, transfer it, share it with another person, or allow someone else to use it on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
2. How Postloop works
Postloop provides a platform through which community owners can request contributions and writers can discover communities they would like to participate in.
Community owners can set requirements, posting instructions, budgets and other conditions for their communities.
Writers can choose available communities and contribute according to those requirements.
Postloop may track contributions through our platform, integrations or other verification methods. Depending on the community and integration being used, activity may not always be detected immediately.
Postloop does not guarantee that a community will receive a particular number of posts, members, visitors or other results. We also do not guarantee that writers will always have work available or earn a particular amount.
3. Credits
Postloop uses credits to record activity and value within the platform.
Credits may come from different sources, including:
credits purchased through Postloop;
credits earned by making eligible contributions;
promotional or bonus credits;
referral rewards; and
adjustments made by Postloop.
Different types of credits may have different conditions.
Purchased or promotional credits are intended for use on Postloop and are not automatically redeemable for cash.
Credits earned through eligible writer activity may qualify for payout where the withdrawal conditions shown by Postloop are met.
Credits have no value outside Postloop and may not be privately bought, sold, exchanged or transferred between users unless Postloop specifically provides a feature allowing it.
You may not arrange off-platform transactions intended to avoid Postloop's credit system, fees, restrictions or quality controls.
4. Purchasing credits
Community owners may purchase credits through the payment methods made available by Postloop.
Before completing a purchase, we will show the relevant price, amount of credits and other applicable conditions.
Purchases may occasionally require additional review before credits become available.
If a payment cannot be accepted or is cancelled by us, any amount successfully collected for that transaction will be returned where appropriate.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by Postloop, completed purchases are not refundable simply because credits are no longer wanted or needed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have, including rights relating to defective digital services, incorrect charges or any applicable right of withdrawal.
5. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a payment was made incorrectly, charged more than once, or otherwise has a problem, please contact Postloop support first so that we can investigate it.
We may temporarily restrict an account while a payment dispute, reversal or chargeback is being investigated.
Fraudulent chargebacks, deliberate payment reversals after credits have been used, or other attempts to obtain Postloop services without payment may result in removal of credits, recovery of amounts owed, suspension or termination of the account.
Using a legitimate legal right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect payment does not by itself violate these Terms.
6. Writers and contributions
When contributing through Postloop, you must submit work that is genuinely your own and meets the requirements of the community you are contributing to.
Contributions should be useful, relevant and written with the intention of taking part in the discussion.
Unless Postloop expressly states otherwise, contributions must be written in English.
The following are not accepted:
plagiarized or copied material;
automatically generated or AI-generated contributions;
meaningless, repetitive or deliberately padded content;
spam;
fabricated personal experiences presented as genuine;
contributions posted only to meet a minimum word or character count;
undisclosed advertising or promotional content;
attempts to manipulate Postloop's tracking systems;
submissions claiming credit for content you did not write; or
submissions that breach the rules of the community where they are posted.
Using ordinary writing tools for spelling, grammar or proofreading is not the same as submitting automatically generated content. The contribution itself must still be your own work.
Community owners may provide additional instructions for their communities. By accepting work for a community, you agree to follow those instructions as well as the community's own rules.
7. Trial posts and writer quality
Postloop may require new writers to complete trial contributions or another review process before gaining full access to writing opportunities.
We may assess factors such as relevance, grammar, originality, effort, ability to participate naturally in a conversation, previous ratings and compliance with community instructions.
Passing an initial review does not guarantee permanent access to writing opportunities.
Writer reputation may change over time based on approved contributions, ratings, reviews, disputes and other relevant activity.
We may restrict access to certain opportunities based on reasonable quality or eligibility requirements.
8. Reviews, ratings and reputation
Postloop may allow site owners and writers to review or rate their experience working with one another.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience.
You may not manipulate the review system, create transactions for the purpose of exchanging positive reviews, threaten another user over a rating, or offer compensation in exchange for changing a review.
Postloop may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, unrelated to the transaction, contain private information or otherwise violate our rules.
Ratings and reputation may affect which opportunities are available to a writer or which users a site owner chooses to work with.
9. Approval of contributions
A submitted contribution is not necessarily an approved contribution.
Postloop or the relevant community owner may review work to determine whether it reasonably meets the requested requirements.
A contribution may be rejected where, for example, it is irrelevant, copied, extremely low quality, contrary to the brief, removed from the community, incorrectly submitted or otherwise violates these Terms.
Where practical, writers may be given an opportunity to correct a problem.
Postloop may review disputes between writers and community owners and make the final platform decision regarding credits, adjustments and eligibility.
We may also correct previously approved activity where we later discover fraud, duplicate submissions, tracking errors or a clear violation of these Terms.
We will not arbitrarily remove legitimate earned credits.
10. Community owners
If you add a community to Postloop, you must have the authority to manage it or permission from the person or organisation that does.
The information you provide about your community must be reasonably accurate.
You must provide writers with enough information to understand what you expect from them.
You may not use Postloop to request content that is illegal, deceptive, abusive or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.
You may not ask writers to:
pretend to be genuine customers when they are not;
publish fake reviews or testimonials;
make false factual claims;
secretly advertise a product, service or business;
impersonate another person;
misrepresent their relationship with you;
engage in harassment or coordinated abuse; or
break the rules of another website or service.
Community owners should judge contributions fairly and in accordance with the requirements that were provided when the work was accepted.
11. Eligible communities
Postloop may review communities before or after they are listed.
We may refuse or remove communities that primarily contain or promote:
illegal content or activity;
sexual or pornographic material;
exploitation or abuse;
hate or targeted harassment;
fraud, scams or deceptive activity;
malware or malicious software;
serious intellectual property infringement; or
other material that creates an unreasonable legal, security or reputational risk for Postloop or its users.
This list is not exhaustive.
We may also decline communities that are incomplete, inaccessible, unsuitable for genuine discussion or incompatible with the way Postloop operates.
A community should normally be listed only once unless Postloop has approved another arrangement.
12. Postloop integrations
Some communities may connect to Postloop through an official plugin, application, API or other integration.
You may not modify, bypass or interfere with an integration for the purpose of falsifying activity, avoiding limits or manipulating credit calculations.
You must not attempt to submit fabricated post information or artificially increase tracked activity.
We may investigate unusual activity and correct credits or contribution records where a technical error or manipulation has occurred.
External community software remains operated by its respective owner or provider. Postloop is not responsible for the availability, security or functionality of third-party community software.
13. Payouts
Eligible writer earnings may be withdrawn using the payout methods available in your Postloop account.
Postloop may set reasonable conditions for payouts, including:
a minimum withdrawal amount;
account or identity verification;
fraud and security checks;
payment-provider requirements; and
confirmation that the credits being withdrawn were legitimately earned.
Any applicable payout fee will be shown before you confirm the request.
When you submit a withdrawal request, the corresponding credits may be reserved or deducted from your available balance while the request is reviewed.
A withdrawal request is not considered completed until the payment has actually been issued.
We may refuse or pause a payout where we reasonably believe there is fraud, account misuse, a payment dispute, incorrect account information or another violation requiring investigation.
If a payout is declined and the underlying earnings remain valid, the relevant credits will normally be returned to your available balance.
You are responsible for determining whether money earned through Postloop must be declared to your tax authority or otherwise reported under the laws that apply to you.
14. Your relationship with other users
Postloop provides the platform that brings community owners and writers together.
Users remain responsible for their own actions and for complying with laws that apply to them.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Postloop does not employ writers on behalf of community owners and does not make writers employees of the communities they contribute to. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override a legal status that applies under mandatory law.
Community owners remain responsible for their own communities, including their rules, moderation decisions and content outside Postloop.
Writers remain responsible for the content they choose to publish.
15. Content you submit
You keep any intellectual property rights you already have in content you create.
By submitting information, reviews, profile content or other material directly to Postloop, you give us the non-exclusive rights reasonably necessary to store, display, process and use that material to operate Postloop.
This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Content posted to an external community may also be subject to that community's own terms, rules or content licence. You should review those conditions before contributing.
You must not submit material that you do not have the right to use.
16. Prohibited use
You must not use Postloop to:
break applicable law;
defraud Postloop or another user;
create duplicate or deceptive accounts;
impersonate another person;
manipulate credits, ratings, referrals or contribution tracking;
gain unauthorized access to another account or system;
probe or interfere with Postloop's security;
use bots or automated systems to generate contributions or manipulate activity;
scrape the service in a way that harms its operation;
distribute malware;
harass or threaten another user;
exploit a technical bug for financial or platform advantage; or
help another person circumvent these Terms.
If you discover a security issue or platform bug, please report it rather than exploiting it.
17. Fraud and platform abuse
Postloop may review accounts and activity where we detect unusual behaviour, suspected fraud, manipulated contributions, payment abuse or another serious violation.
During an investigation we may temporarily limit access to certain features, credits or payouts where reasonably necessary to protect Postloop or other users.
If we determine that credits were obtained through fraud, duplicate activity, fabricated contributions, technical manipulation or another clear violation, we may reverse those credits.
We will distinguish between ordinary quality disagreements and deliberate abuse. A poor contribution is not automatically fraud.
18. Suspension and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the user has violated these Terms or created a material risk to Postloop or its users.
The action we take will depend on the circumstances.
Serious violations, such as fraud, deliberate platform manipulation, payment abuse, security attacks or repeated plagiarism, may result in immediate suspension or termination.
For less serious issues, we may use warnings, temporary restrictions or other proportionate measures first.
Where appropriate, we will provide the reason for an account restriction or termination.
You may contact Postloop support if you believe a decision was made incorrectly.
Termination does not erase payment obligations, valid disputes or records we are legally required or reasonably entitled to retain.
19. Closing your account
You may stop using Postloop at any time.
Where available, you may request account closure through your account or by contacting support.
Before closing your account, you should resolve outstanding transactions and request any eligible payout.
Account closure does not necessarily require us to delete every record associated with the account. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
20. Refunds and quality disputes
If paid-for work does not reasonably meet the requirements that were agreed when it was ordered, contact Postloop support.
Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a correction, replacement, credit adjustment or refund.
We may review the contribution itself, the original requirements, communication between the parties and any other relevant evidence.
A cash refund will not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected service.
Promotional or free credits normally have no cash refund value.
Nothing in this section limits refund, conformity, withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
21. Availability of Postloop
We work to keep Postloop reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, add or remove features as Postloop develops.
Where a significant change materially affects a paid service, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and any commitments attached to that purchase.
22. Third-party websites
Postloop contains links to and interacts with websites that we do not operate.
This includes the forums, blogs and communities listed by Postloop users.
We do not control those websites and cannot guarantee their availability, security, content, moderation or behaviour.
A link or integration does not mean that Postloop endorses everything published on that website.
If you use an external community, its own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
23. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, Postloop is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from your use of the service.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by:
another user's actions;
content published on an external community;
an external website or service;
circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
your failure to follow reasonable security instructions.
Postloop does not guarantee that using the service will produce a particular level of traffic, engagement, income, membership growth or other commercial result.
If you use Postloop as a consumer, you continue to benefit from all rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
24. Changes to these Terms
Postloop will continue to develop, so these Terms may occasionally need to change.
Minor changes, such as wording corrections or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights, may take effect when published.
Where a change materially affects how the service works or your existing rights and obligations, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect where required or appropriate.
Changes will not retroactively alter a completed financial transaction unless required by law or necessary to correct fraud or an obvious error.
The current version of these Terms will always be available on Postloop.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms removes rights granted to you by mandatory consumer law.
We encourage you to contact Postloop first if a disagreement arises so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
26. If part of these Terms is invalid
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The affected provision should, where legally possible, be interpreted or limited only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
