This agreement outlines what you can expect from us — and what we expect from you — when you use our platform. By using Postloop, you agree to the following terms and help us keep everything fair, functional, and trustworthy.

✅ Terms of Use

For Everyone

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Postloop — no exceptions.
• Postloop is provided as-is, without warranties or guarantees.
• You use Postloop at your own risk — be smart and respectful.
• One account per person. No shared, duplicate, or resold accounts allowed.
• Do not buy, sell, or trade Postloop points outside our official system.
• Don’t ask writers to sneak in ads, promos, or self-promotion.
• Do not tamper with the post-count tracking system or any other site functionality.
• We’re not responsible for how others use content or services obtained through Postloop.
• Any data Postloop collects is for internal use only — we do not sell or share your info.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice.
• Unauthorized use of this site may result in legal action.
• All activity on Postloop falls under Belgian and broader European law.
• Anything that happens outside of Postloop is out of our hands — we're not responsible for it.

For Site Owners

• Only submit English-language forums or communities.
• Sites that include adult content, illegal activity, hate speech, or anything sketchy will not be accepted — final judgment is at our discretion.
• Your forum must have a clear topic and a structured layout with categories or sections.
• Don’t list the same site more than once unless the previous listing is removed.
• Do not modify Postloop’s tracking files unless we specifically ask you to.

For Writers

• All posts must be in English.
• Low-effort, AI-generated, plagiarized, or spammy content is not tolerated.
• Repeated poor quality will result in suspension or removal.
• Do not include ads or affiliate links unless they relate directly to your own site or blog.

💳 Deposit Terms (Buying Points)

• Points can only be purchased through Postloop.net from our company.
• Invoices are available upon request.
• Most purchases process instantly, but some may be manually reviewed.
• If a deposit is declined, your payment will be refunded.
• All sales are final. Refunds are not available once a deposit is confirmed.
• Attempting to reverse a payment or file a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from Postloop.

💸 Withdrawal Terms (Getting Paid)

• You may request to sell points back to Postloop for payment, pending approval.
• Withdrawals are reviewed manually and may take up to 72 hours.
• Points are deducted from your balance immediately once you request withdrawal.
• We may deny any withdrawal request for any reason — denied requests will have their points returned.
• Violating any terms may result in removal from the platform and forfeiture of access to future withdrawals.
• You are responsible for reporting your own income to your local tax authorities.

🔐 Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously. Here’s how your info is handled:

What We Collect

• Email address during registration — used for login and admin communication. Never shared.
• IP address — logged for security, never sold or disclosed.
• Forum details (for site owners) — name, URL, description, and software version. These are public.
• Writer forum data — username and user ID (no email) are collected to track activity and post counts.

When You Request a Payment

• We'll collect your real name, address, and phone number for financial recordkeeping. This info is private and used only internally.

PayPal Transactions

• Your PayPal email, transaction ID, and payment details are stored securely and visible only to Postloop.

What’s Public

• Only information you've marked as public will be visible to others. Be aware that we can't control what others do with publicly available data.

Data Requests

• You can request that your personal data be hidden from public view. Full deletion may be possible if required by law or under special circumstances.

This agreement may be updated occasionally. We’ll do our best to let you know, but it’s up to you to stay informed. Continuing to use Postloop after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
