How does Postloop review Writers?
At Postloop, we take our writer evaluations seriously. We want to make sure every writer is a great fit for the program, and we do that by carefully reviewing your work during your 20-post trial.
Our forum layout will be expanded as Postloop launches. This will give you the opportunity to showcase how you write. We don’t just look at one thing — we look at a few different aspects to get a full picture of your writing skills:
- Tone & Adaptability: Can you switch up your style based on the topic/niche? We want to see if you can adapt to different discussions.
- Engagement & Contribution: Are you joining the conversation in a meaningful way, or just dropping a reply and moving on? We’re looking for writers who add value to discussions.
- Grammar & Quality: Is your writing clear, easy to understand, and free from mistakes? We expect high-quality writing.
- Creativity & Insight: Can you bring fresh ideas to the table, or do you just follow the crowd? We like writers who think outside the box.
- Consistency & Dedication: Are you sticking to your posts regularly and showing us you're here to put in the effort?
We score each of these areas from 1 to 10, and at the end of your trial, your overall score will decide which tier you’re placed in. This helps us make sure we’re paying you fairly based on how well you’re doing. We will of course be of best assistance to you in helping you grow. Constructive feedback will be a big part of Postloop.
We really take our time reviewing each writer, so you can trust that we’re being thorough and fair. We want to make sure you’re the right fit for Postloop and giving you the chance to grow as a writer.
Thanks for being a part of Postloop! We can’t wait to see how you grow with us.
